Veggie Omelette

To use up the remaining eggs and veggies (spinach, mushrooms, and tomato) I had in my fridge, I just threw together a simple omelette for dinner. Why does that word look like it's spelled wrong? Firefox says it should be "omelet" but it seems that "omelette" is also a correct spelling per Wiki. I think I like it better with the extra letters.

I had my omelette with a slice of wheat toast and strawberry preserves. A tasty, healthy, and quick dinner.
