Biking against the wind

I took another ride home from work today, and it felt pretty good. There's an incline that takes a good 10 minutes to climb, and it's basically in the desert with no shade. The past couple of trips have killed me when I reach that spot, but the weather was a bit cooler today, so it wasn't nearly as bad. It was significantly windy though. That's pretty typical, but it definitely makes it more difficult. Strong headwinds really cut at your speed, but on the plus side, it's good for training!

My recent bike adjustment really helped with the numbness. I'm getting closer to finding my perfect position!

Glad you like the recipes!
