Chicago Style Pizza

A yummy, Chicago Style pizza with a cornmeal crust and a variation of my usual toppings:
-fresh basil and oregano
-vegan mozzarella cheese
-atichoke hearts
-mizuna (a tasty green I bought at the FM...kind of similar to arugula but milder)
-mushrooms sauteed in basil infused olive oil
-pine nuts
-roasted garlic

I could possibly live on pizza.
