Spaghetti and Beanballs with Roasted Asparagus and a Raw Dessert

The Spaghetti and Beanballs recipe is another from Veganomicon. I topped it with ground pine nuts for that Parmesan cheese effect. Alongside is some FM asparagus that was roasted with rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, and S&P. Quite tasty.

For dessert, a slice of raw "apple pie" from my local health food store, made from apples, raisins, dates and walnuts.
