Moroccan Tagine with Spring Vegetables

I don't know what Tagine is, but I thought I'd give this recipe from VWAV a try (Isa has yet to let me down!). This stew has lentils and pretty much one of every vegetable in it. I put it over couscous and loved the texture it gave the dish. I felt so healthy eating this.

For dessert, I added some chocolate sauce to the cheesecake...which made it no longer raw...but I love chocolate so I'm over it!
