Vegan Brunch

I was at the bookstore and saw that Isa had a new cookbook (why did I not hear about this?!). Needless to say I bought it. Vegan Brunch is a beautiful book, with so many amazing recipes that I can't wait to try out. This is the first thing I tried: ommlette with chard, fakin' bacon and soy cheese. IT'S SO GOOD BUY THE BOOK!
