Yoga Wednesday

It was our normal corporate yoga session today. We didn't have our typical teacher, so the class was a bit different. It was a little be more fast paced, but I didn't get as deep of a stretch so it didn't seem as challenging. I look forward to the return of our regular instructor next week.
