For lunch I made a wrap with a sprouted grain tortilla. The filling was hummus, tabouli, lettuce, falafel, and sprouts. It was yummy, and I especially liked the tortilla.

This blog started off as an experiment to see how hard it would be to make the transition from vegetarianism to veganism. I discovered that it wasn't really very hard at all, and I have been eating completely vegan ever since. I use local and farmer's market (FM) produce in my cooking whenever possible. FYI: Two cookbooks I use alot are Vegan With a Vengeance (VWAV) and Veganomicon (Vcon). I will reference these both quite a bit (because they are so good)!
